We have never missed a single year- I myself have been going 4 years now my wife and I go-Its overpriced as always- the parking is more every year- and now they had us parking clear back in the Center field of the old Ball park where I played baseball years ago- thankfully they do have Shuttle service-I was just told by my wife we will never go there again- So enjoy just bring lots of Money-you will need it- took over a hour 2 find a corndog- NOT 4 years 40 years- Since high school,and with my ma AND pa before that

Response from El Dorado County Fair & Event Center Thanks for the five stars and for attending fair the past four years! Your support is important to us. We wish!!! that we had more parking closer to the venue but the shopping center and Thompson's are not going anywhere. The Armory will be sold soon, hopefully we will be able to purchase to increase parking. Sorry you had trouble locating the corn dogs...same family has sold corndogs at the same location for many years .. we try to get our food vendors to sell a variety so patrons have lots of choices. If you decide to return next year, make sure you get presale tickets (big savings) and try the El Dorado Transit free shuttle to the fairgrounds.
